Who can use MyGrind: Adults 18 and older may create accounts. Players ages 13–17 use MyGrind through profiles created by their parent or legal guardian.
What you're paying for: A subscription to a youth baseball/softball training app. Plans auto-renew. You can cancel anytime.
Who's responsible: The parent who creates the account is responsible for the account, all charges, and the player's use of the Service.
SMS: The Service uses SMS for player invites and notifications. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Standard message and data rates may apply.
If something goes wrong: Disputes are governed by California law. Contact support@mygrindapp.com first. We'll work to resolve issues directly.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyGrind, located at mygrindapp.com (the "Service"), operated by My Grind Sports LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Santa Clarita, California.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a MyGrind account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
Players ages 13 through 17 may use the Service only through a profile created and managed by their parent or legal guardian. Players under 13 are not permitted to use the Service.
Adult players (18+) may create their own accounts as both account holder and player.

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid email address and payment method. You are responsible for:
MyGrind offers a 14-day free trial for new accounts. Founders who sign up with code FOUNDERMYGRIND receive an extended 6-month (180-day) free trial. The trial period begins on the day you complete signup.
A valid payment method is required at signup. We collect your card at signup but do not charge it during the trial. At the end of the trial, your card is automatically charged for the plan you selected (Single Monthly, Single Annual, Family Monthly, or Family Annual).
You may cancel at any time during the trial through your account dashboard. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
Current subscription plans, prices, and features are listed on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing support@mygrindapp.com. If you cancel during the trial, you are never charged. If you cancel after the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in cases of:

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
If a payment fails, we may attempt to retry the charge. If your card declines at trial end, your subscription pauses (you keep your account and data) and we email you to update your payment method. If we cannot collect payment after reasonable retry attempts, we may suspend or terminate your account.

You and your player retain ownership of any content you input into the Service (workout logs, goals, notes). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell or share user content with third parties.
All content provided by MyGrind, including logos, branding, designs, software, training methodologies, written materials, and the MyGrind name, is the property of My Grind Sports LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute MyGrind content without our written permission.
The Service includes SMS notifications for player invites and coach feedback. By providing a phone number to MyGrind, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to the Service. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any MyGrind SMS to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support, or email support@mygrindapp.com.
Player phone numbers: When a parent enters their player's phone number on the signup screen, the parent represents that they have the authority to provide that number on the player's behalf. The parent is responsible for ensuring their player consents to receive the invite SMS. If the player does not have their own phone, the parent may provide their own mobile number instead, and the invite or verification text is sent to the parent's phone.
No sharing for marketing: Mobile opt-in phone numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
No carrier liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

MyGrind provides general training tracking and educational content for baseball and softball development. It is not medical, athletic, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified physician, athletic trainer, or coach before beginning any training program. We are not responsible for injuries that may occur from training activities.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.
Use of MyGrind does not guarantee any specific athletic improvement, scholarship offer, college recruitment, professional outcome, or other result. Player development depends on many factors beyond the Service's control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Grind Sports LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or athletic injuries.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Grind Sports LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that should reasonably survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will continue to apply.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and emailing support@mygrindapp.com to request account deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@mygrindapp.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and post a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
